This past year at North Tahoe School, students participated in making art inspired by current trends in Mexico depicting the country’s culture through street- and pop-art. Students studied a variety of artists and styles to perform and paint their own Mexican pop-art canvases. The resulting work was very impressive and inspiring! Showcased here is Skyler Hazen with his pop-art chihuahua painting. Congratulations to all NTS art students for their great effort and enthusiasm in their creations. We are looking forward to another great year at NTS making art and learning art history!
