FIGHTING WORDS, Feb. 21, 8:12 p.m., Jibboom Street, Truckee: Male and a female were in a verbal argument. Both found to be highly intoxicated and denied any argument. Both arrested for public intoxication.
SNOW-GO, Feb. 21, 10:22 p.m., Truckee: Vehicle parked in violation of Truckee Snow Removal ordinance and towed accordingly.
SNOW-GO II, Feb. 23, 10:34 a.m., Ramshorn Street, Truckee: A vehicle was towed for obstructing snow removal.
DOORSTEP THEFT, Feb. 23, 4:24 p.m., Donner Pass Road, Truckee: Victim reported theft of a mail package from the front of their house.
SLEEPING?, Feb. 24, 4:45 p.m., Donner Pass Road, Truckee: Theft of a wallet from a sleeping victim.
MOVE OUT, Feb. 24, 8:47 p.m., Chalet Road, Truckee: Officers responded to criminal threats between roommates. A follow up investigation resulted in the arrest of one male adult for making criminal threats.
YOUNG BUCK, Feb. 24, 8:05 p.m., Truckee: A juvenile was stopped for vehicle code violations and then cited for possession of marijuana.
SMASHIN’ BOTTLES, Feb. 28, 2:42 p.m., Donner Pass Road: It was reported that a male had broken two bottles on the sidewalk and appeared intoxicated.
CHECKING IN, March 1, 1:34 a.m., Nicolas Drive, Truckee: Follow-up on a welfare check on a reportedly suicidal subject. It was determined subject did not meet the criteria for 5150 WIC.
OFF-DUTY, March 3, 3:26 p.m., Truckee Airport Road, Truckee: Report of road rage incident possibly involving an off-duty police officer.
CHOO, CHOO, March 3, 10:22 p.m., Bridge Street, Truckee: A driver drove onto railroad tracks and vehicle got stuck. After evaluation, the driver was arrested of DUI.
STING!, March 4, 3:37 p.m., Truckee: Alcoholic Beverage Control targeted underage alcoholic sales and a local business was cited for furnishing and selling alcohol to minors.
DANGEROUS WEAPONS, March 5, 1:26 a.m., Donner Pass Road, Truckee: Victim reported being threatened by a subject with a knife. Subject was detained and further investigation resulted in the subject being arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.
ABANDONED, March 5, 11:27 a.m., Truckee: Vehicle was found abandoned in a snow bank. The vehicle was blocking snow removal and forcing cars to slow.
7 GRAMS, March 6, 9:54p.m., Martis Valley Road, Truckee: Subject was contacted during a traffic stop and found to be in possession of nearly seven grams of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was also booked pursuant to an active Los Angeles County felony warrant.
