MARIJUANA SEARCH, March 24, 11:02 p.m., Estates Drive: Marijuana was located in two containers in a green belt building during a search for evidence in an assault case around an apartment.
DUI & HEROIN, March 25, 1:29 a.m., Donner Pass Road: A subject was seen at the 76 gas station acting strangely and arrested for a DUI. Heroin and syringes were located.
UNYIELDING DRIVER, March 25, 8:05 a.m., 89 South: Officers attempted to stop a vehicle with no license plates that was not staying in its lane. The driver drove 10 miles before pulling over to the shoulder. Driver was found to be unlicensed.
JACKETS, March 26, 4:38 p.m., Martis Valley Road: A soon-to-be former roommate vandalized his fellow roommate’s vehicle and stole two of his jackets.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, March 27, 8:55 a.m., Lucerne Lane: Police responded to a domestic violence call about an incident from the previous night. Victim sustained minor injuries.
CREEK SLEEPER, March 28, 11:36 a.m., Highway 89 South: Officers responded to a person laying in the creek who was intoxicated and passed out. The subject was taken to Tahoe Forest Hospital by medics.
DUI, March 29, 12:57 a.m., Truckee: Driver arrested for a DUI.
ANOTHER DUI, March 30, 10:02 p.m., Interstate 80: A vehicle called in by a civilian as a possible DUI. The vehicle was located and the driver was arrested for a DUI and possession of illegal drugs.

DUI, March 2, 8 a.m., North Lake Boulevard, Tahoe Vista: Male turned over to CHP for a DUI.
VEHICLE TAMPERING, March 2, 10:15 a.m., Mineral Springs, Tahoe City: Report taken for alleged tampering with a vehicle. An unknown suspect loosened the lug nuts in victim’s tires sometime in the past two days, causing victim’s tire to come off while driving on the highway.
STOLEN MEDS, March 3, 11 a.m., Silver Fir, Truckee: Unknown suspect stole victim’s medications out of the car.
TAILLIGHT DUI, March 3, 8 p.m., Village at Squaw, Olympic Valley: Male driver was stopped for having no taillights. He was subsequently turned over to CHP for a DUI.
SHOPPING CART DANGER, March 4, 5:45 p.m., North Lake Boulevard, Tahoe City: A female became enraged after the victim hit her car with a shopping cart. The female started kicking the victim’s car and it escalated into a physical altercation.
MONEY ROCK, March 7, 12 a.m., Squaw Valley Road, Olympic Valley: Unknown suspect used a rock in a failed attempt to break into an ATM.
DUI, March 7, 12:30 a.m., Mackinaw Road, Tahoe City: Male Subject pulled into oncoming traffic, almost causing a collision. A sheriff’s deputy observed this and the driver was turned over to CHP for a DUI.
SWERVING DUI, March 7, 2 a.m., River Road, Tahoe City: Female driver was pulled over for swerving and turned over to CHP for a DUI.
HOUSING FRAUD, March 7, 11:30 a.m., Pine Avenue, Tahoe City: Male subject replied to an ad on the VRBO website and sent a payment for a rental house in Tahoma. When the victim arrived, he discovered the property did not exist, causing a $200 loss.
SIBLING LOVE, March 7, 8 p.m., Steelhead Avenue, Kings Beach: Report taken for a domestic disturbance between brother and sister.
DUI, March 7, 11:15 p.m., Beaver Pond, Tahoe Vista: Female driver was pulled over for a vehicle code violation and subsequently arrested for a DUI.
DUI PART TWO, March 8, 1:45 a.m., Sequoia Avenue, Tahoe City: Female driver was pulled over for a vehicle code violation and subsequently arrested for a DUI.
RACIAL SLURS, March 8, 3:45 a.m., North Lake Boulevard, Tahoe Vista: A report of a drunk female yelling racial slurs and causing a disturbance in a taxi cab was called in. She was arrested for public intoxication.
LEGS ALL TIED UP, March 8, 7:30 a.m., Lupin Road, Tahoe City: Victim woke up to find a very intoxicated male standing in his bedroom. Male suspect refused to leave, so the victim and his roommate tied up his legs until sheriff deputies arrived. Suspect was arrested for trespassing and possession of presumptive cocaine.
DEFECATING BATHTUB, March 10, 5:15 p.m., Highlands View Road, Truckee: Report taken for mutual battery between roommates. Male and female roommates started fighting over food and one accused the other of defecating in the bathtub.
