BIKE ACCIDENT? June 9, 3:00 p.m., Truckee: A solo cyclist received minor injuries in a non-collision accident.
PUNCHED IN THE HEAD, June 9, 6:50 p.m., Donner Pass Road: A victim reported being struck closed fisted across the head after having a knife pulled on him a threatening manner. The suspect was located and arrested.
DRUNKENNESS, June 10, 8:49 p.m., Pine Avenue: An individual called to report an intoxicated male. Upon arrival, police officers determined that the male was unable to care for himself due to his level of inebriation and was arrested for public intoxication.
EX-SPOUSE ASSAULT, June 10, 7:37 p.m., Rhineland Avenue: A friend of the victim called police to report a domestic violence incident. Officers arrived on the scene and determined physical battery occurred between ex-spouses. Both parties were separated at the time of the officers’ arrival. The suspected male involved in the incident was unable to be located at the time of the call.
DRUNK IN PUBLIC, June 11, 10:02 p.m., Donner Pass Road: A subject was arrested for public intoxication.
FROM ONE JAIL TO ANOTHER, June 11, 10:17 p.m., Truckee: A staggering subject was seen urinating on the “old Truckee jail.” Showing overt signs of intoxication, the subject was subsequently arrested and transported to the Nevada County Sheriffs Office for booking.
DRUNK AND ROWDY, June 11, 10:39 p.m., Truckee: A subject was seen walking from downtown Truckee heading across the railroad tracks towards West River Street. Before reaching the West River Street and Bridge Street intersection, the same individual was observed yelling profanities and striking roadway signs. Upon arriving at the intersection, the subject was contacted by police. The individual became verbally argumentative and physically resistive. Police determined the subject showed clear signs of intoxication and was arrested.
DUI, June 11, 11:05 p.m., Truckee: A subject was observed having trouble backing up and parking a vehicle. The driver was found to be intoxicated and was arrested.
DRUNK AND RUNNING, June 11, 11:35 p.m., Truckee: A subject was located running around downtown. The individual was arrested for being intoxicated in public.
SCHOOLYARD RUMBLE, June 12, 9:27 a.m., Dorchester Drive: A physical altercation occurred between students and was handled by school administration.
LOVE AIN’T EASY, June 12, 3:42 p.m., Waterloo Circle: Relationship issues between a boyfriend and girlfriend resulted in an incident being documented at the request of both parties.
CAR ACCIDENT, June 12, 4:32 p.m., Donner Pass Road: A two-vehicle traffic collision resulted in a minor injury.
JUEVENILE POPPED WITH POT, June 13, 12:20 p.m., Truckee: A juvenile driver was stopped for a traffic infraction. The driver was in possession of marijuana and other items conducive to marijuana sales. The driver was cited and released on scene to their guardian.
RENTER’S RIGHTS, June 13, 8:00 a.m., Palisades Drive: A landlord requested information regarding the legality of marijuana cultivation in a rental property.
ABANDONED VEHICLE, June 13, 12:00 p.m., Deerfield Drive: A vehicle was reported as abandoned on private property and tagged for violation. With consent of the property owner, the vehicle was removed.
LOVE HURTS, June 13, 3:04 p.m., Donner Pass Road: A girlfriend and boyfriend engaged in a physical altercation that resulted in minor injuries. The boyfriend was arrested and booked.
ANOTHER DUI, June 13, 11:12 p.m., Truckee: A vehicle was stopped for vehicle violations and the driver was arrested for a DUI.
FOUR TIMES WITH A DUI, June 14, 9:32 p.m., Truckee: A vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. The stop resulted in the driver being arrested with his fourth DUI.
NO ESCAPING PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS, June 15, 2:30 a.m., Donner Pass Road: A subject was approached after attempting to evade officer contact. The individual was found to be too intoxicated. When placed under arrest, the subject attempted to pull away during the process.
SPEEDY COMMUTERS June 15, 12:16 p.m., Truckee: A reporting party stated that there is an ongoing speeding issue in the area and requested extra patrols for morning and evening commute.
DAMAGED VEHICLE, June 15, 3:16 p.m., Soaring Way: A vehicle was damaged while parked by unknown causes.
MISSING I.D., June 15, 5:30 p.m., Donner Pass Road: A report was made to document lost identification and miscellaneous cards.
