Estate Sells for $12 Million in Incline Village

The Champagne Estate, a 16,000 square foot home on 12 acres in Incline Village, sold on May 15 for $12 million, making it the top sale of the year across Northern Nevada and the Lake Tahoe Basin. Bill Dietz, president of Tahoe Luxury Properties, represented both the seller and buyer on this transaction. The Crayfish Cove estate in Brockway Springs, listed by Chase International, is currently in contract, which is listed at $34 million. Both transactions represent a strengthening in the top-tier of the Tahoe real estate market. Halfway through the year, the sale of the Champagne Estate marks the highest sale price amongst the Incline Village, Tahoe Sierra, Northern Nevada, and South Lake Tahoe MLS in 2015.
