Fixing Back Pain

      Back pain
      Hip pain
      Disk injuries
      Chronic pain
      Pain from doing sports or activities
      Lack of control of your abdominal or back muscles.
       We will focus on giving you the tools to get your self better and keep your self there. t. This will be a hands on course where we  demonstrate and practice essential exercise We will also discuss common injuries, their causes, solutions and first aid treatment for them. You may even have an increase in your performance and activity level if you stick with . This is an introductory course.
