Elemental Immersion Wellness Experience at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is hosting an Elemental Immersion Experience for guests and local residents. The event will provide a schedule of wellness activities paired with access to the spa’s amenities throughout the day.

The Elemental Immersion Experience will begin with a breath work class at 10 a.m., followed by a cold-water immersion in Lake Tahoe. Lunch will be served after the plunge featuring a chef inspired lunch in the Lone Eagle Grill. Following lunch, attendees will be able to use the spa amenities at their leisure including relaxation areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center featuring Pelotons, and the resort’s pool and hot tubs.

At 2 p.m., the event will continue with a sound healing class. In this class guests will focus on coming back to the elements of nature through the sounds of water, wind, flutes, gongs, Tibetan Bowls and more. The event will conclude with an inspirational burning ceremony at the pool firepit in which guests can rid the past to open space and manifest positivity for the future. Event attendees will also have access to the spa’s amenities throughout the day until 6 p.m.
