In 2005 Jim won ‘best fiction’ in The Meadow literary and Art magazine produced by TMCC, with the short story titled ‘The Egg.’ This story is featured in his book titled ‘Patient 444 and Other Short Stories,’ available through Amazon, Barnes and Nobles, and Borders. It is a collection of stories inspired by local ‘Urban Legends’ in the Truckee/Reno/Carson City area. The book is illustrated by the author.
