Inspired by the creative variety in our community, Moonshine Ink presents the fourth Tahoe Summer Annual. An intriguing thematic diversity arose among this year’s submissions — hill-dwelling ghosts, pool-diving techniques, and hay-filled dwellings were interspersed among the usual summer fare of rafting, wildlife, and the madness of a short, beautiful season.
Thank you to everyone who submitted; we applaud the courage to put your creative work out there! Creating art is not just for fun; it’s imperative for our collective sanity. As Pablo Picasso said, “Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.”
Drum roll please… announcing the winners in two categories. Congratulations to Andrew Browning, the visual winner, and Meghan Robins, the written winner — each received $250 for feasts and jewels!
