Ronnie Rector began painting in late 2008, and she is admittedly addicted to watercolors. She draws inspiration from her surroundings, from talking with a friend to a pet laying in the sun to driving to work in a blizzard, and she hopes her work makes people smile. She has lived full-time in Lake Tahoe with her husband since 1992, and their daughter was born in Truckee.
