Tahoe Women’s Services’ 2007 Ski Day is set for Sunday, April 1, 2007, to be held at Northstar at Tahoe. Lift tickets are available for $25.
This year’s event provides Tahoe Women’s Services 1,000 All-Day lift tickets generously donated by Northstar. ‘This annual event is a tremendous opportunity for Tahoe Women’s Services. The funds raised from this day help to support over a dozen programs and 3,000 women and children in the North Lake Tahoe area.’ explains Karen Edwards, Executive Director.
Tahoe Women’s Services is excited that 2-time Olympian, Kristin Krone will be at the Ski day, skiing with participants. ‘Combining a day of awareness with fun on the slopes is the perfect Tahoe balance for skiers/boarders and TWS,’ shares Barry Triestman, President of the Tahoe Women’s Services Board.
Northstar lift tickets will be on sale for $25 and must be purchased in advance – tickets will not be available at Northstar.
