Everyday OMs by Madonna Dunbar: ‘In 2005, My husband and I had the opportunity to spend 8 months in India, Thailand, Cambodia and Bali. I was amazed at the proliferation of the OM symbol in Asian and Indian daily public life. Once I was ‘tuned in’ on it, the OM, in many different styles, shapes and colors, was seen everywhere; painted on walls (Indian style graffiti), on restaurant menus, on hotel doors, on taxis and trucks, inside busses, even on the jelly jars at the grocery store!
