We are pleased to let the Truckee community know that at the March 22 Tahoe Donner Homeowner Association meeting, the board unanimously voted to support and endorse the vote for Measure R.
Tahoe Donner values the continued development and maintenance of trails in our community. It is particularly looking forward to the planned paved Class 1 connector trail from Tahoe Donner to downtown Truckee that the Town of Truckee has been planning for several years as part of the Truckee Trails and Bikeways Master Plan. The Trout Creek Trail is proposed to connect Northwoods Boulevard near the entry monument of Tahoe Donner to downtown Truckee at Bridge Street, just north of Highway 80.
We are pleased to endorse Measure R, and support all the efforts of the Town of Truckee to further recreational opportunities in our mountain community.
