In this election, Rick Stephens will be my vote for Truckee Tahoe Airport Board. As a former business owner and someone who is actively involved in our community, I am encouraged by his experience, and believe his passion for the region will be beneficial to our entire area.
Rick is a proponent of the triple bottom line, meaning he will ensure that decisions made on behalf of the airport board take the environment, our community and the economy equally into consideration.
Although he is a Truckee resident, he has demonstrated his support for North Shore communities through his long-time involvement with Community House. I am confident he will stand up for all of the taxpaying communities that contribute to the airport district’s funding, and to ensuring all of our communities see the benefits of the district’s collaborative efforts.
