Annual Sale At Nevada Museum Of Art

Start your holiday shopping early by attending the Shop and Sherry Sale at The Store at the Nevada Museum of Art. The annual sale is scheduled November 20 through November 23: from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Enjoy holiday refreshments while browsing a variety of distinctive items. Unique and original jewelry from local artist Shirley Bryant includes beaded turquoise necklaces and buffalo nickel bracelets. Colorfully glazed handmade pottery and ceramics from artists Marc Matsui and Paul Herman will be available, as well as Wishing Jars from Ron Patterson. Peruse glass blown vases, platters, and bowls by local artist Jack Clift. An assortment of internationally inspired holiday decorations are available including handcrafted Santas, tree ornaments, and wreaths. Pick up sustainable items such as colorful tote bags and note pads made from sugar cane along with art books, kaleidoscopes and puzzles for kids.
