<b>MIKE ENGLISH, </b><i>Moonshine’s </i>new cartoonist was partner and creative director at a Bay Area ad agency/design firm before relocating to Truckee in 2011. He serves on the board of Truckee Community Theater while continuing to design for nonprofits and arts groups in the Bay Area and for the Truckee Follies.
