The latest snowstorms have got us thinking about ice axes, freezing toes, and rime-coated tents — in other words, what we’d need to spend a comfy night out in wintertime in the woods. We’re wondering:
If you were to be out in the cold winter woods for a week, what are three things you’d want to have with you?
Fire, marshmallows, good herb
Puffy jacket, bourbon, lighter
Knife, wine, phone battery that doesn’t die (for music)
Lupin (my doggo), whiskey, and splitboard
Warm clothes, kindle, and snowshoes
