Collapsing roof is cracking bedroom sheetrock, downstairs office has a leak through the window, lilacs and Japanese maples and 20-year-old apple tree were devastated, woodshed collapsed.

We had an ice dam that, immediately when we noticed the water pouring in through our windowsill, we drilled a hole in the windowpane and it all came out. The sun came out that day and we cleared the snow from our metal roof, and it miraculously fixed itself with minimal damage.
