In the Tahoe Sierra MLS in the month of October, sales volume and median price of single-family homes remained flat from September. Lakefront sales volume is down this October compared to the last three years. In Truckee, sales volume increased by 12% and price increased by 5% month over month. Incline Village and Crystal Bay saw sales volume dip by 21%, and price dipped 12% from September. Year over year, single-family home sales in the Tahoe Sierra MLS dipped only 4% and median price dipped 9%. Truckee sales volume dipped 12% year over year, and median price dipped 10%. Incline Village and Crystal Bay sales volume dipped 5% year over year with median price dipping 8% year over year. In general, these variances are low and trend lines remain steady for the fall
months as we enter into winter.
