In the month of March, median price of single-family homes sold in all micro-regions was up from February, while the average number of days on the market decreased. The first lakefront sale of the year was recorded.

In the Tahoe Sierra MLS, sales volume went down by 15% and the median price was up by 7% from February. While sales volume fluctuated by micro-region, we are beginning to see indications of what may be an active spring season ahead.
