The median price of homes increased in all micro-regions year over year, including a 21% increase in the Tahoe Sierra MLS compared to June 2018. Six single-family lakefront sales between Incline Village and Rubicon Bay in June add up to more than all lakefront sales combined from January to May of this year, when there were five total. With only 19 single-family lakefronts currently listed for sale, down 27% year over year, lakefront inventory is low.
