During the month of November, the median price of single-family homes that sold dipped below $1 million for the first time since January 2021 in the Tahoe Sierra MLS region. Additionally, each micro-region (with the exception of lakefronts, where data is skewed with only a single sale) saw the lowest median sale price in the same 23-month period, signaling prices are finally reacting to the decreased demand and increased supply we have been seeing since summer.
