November sales in the Tahoe Sierra MLS area remained relatively flat from October with a 2% increase in the number of single-family homes sold and a 2% increase in median price. With 2020 being an anomaly year, these same numbers represent a 44% decrease in the number of homes sold year over year alongside a 27% increase in median price. Notably in November, Incline Village single-family home sales increased 178% compared to October, with 25 homes sold. The single lakefront sale in November was in Incline Village and sold for $47.5 million. In all other micro-regions, median price increased by less than 9% since October.
