In the Tahoe Sierra MLS region, the number of single-family homes sold in October increased 15% from September, while the median price dropped 15% in the same period. There was a burst of late-season activity in Incline Village and Crystal Bay with the number of homes sold climbing by 92% month over month. All micro-regions, with the exception of lakefronts, saw a 13% to 15% price drop. For the first time since April 2023, the median price of Truckee homes dipped below the $1 million mark. Two landmark sales, $47.5 million and $62 million, set a new benchmark for lakefronts in Incline Village.
