Market Watch | December 2024

Brought to you by TLUXP.com

As is typical for this time of year, the month of November saw a reduction of inventory, as homes
come off the market for the winter season and real estate activity quiets down ahead of the holidays. Still, the number of homes actively listed for sale in all micro-regions is greater than in 2023 at this time, and the number of homes sold this past November exceeds sales during the same period last year. With the exception of lakefronts, of which there was only a single sale, median price was down an average of 5.5% year over year.
