Event submission guidelines

All submissions must be written by a human mind without AI generation or heavy-handed AI modification/influence. All submissions must be thoughtfully and responsibly written.

By submitting an event and any accompanying images, graphics, or text, you confirm that you own the content or have secured the necessary rights and permissions to publish it.

You grant Moonshine Ink permission to publish submitted materials on our website, in our print publication, and across related platforms. You are responsible for ensuring submissions do not infringe on copyright, privacy, or other rights.

Any recurring event shall not exceed six (6) months from the date of first event.

Event-focused submissions only

The TAP Calendar is reserved for specific, time-bound events. We do not accept posts that are not event-focused, such as ongoing daily occurrences, general announcements, submission deadlines, calls for entries, or promotions without a defined event date and time.

If a submission falls outside of these guidelines but is newsworthy, we may — time allowing — share it with our reporting team for possible inclusion in our weekly News Briefs. For editorial consideration, please contact editors@moonshineink.com.
