This presentation features standout movements ranging from the thunderous Dies irae to the luminous and transcendent Libera me, showcasing Verdi’s unmatched ability to blend operatic intensity with sacred depth. An exceptional roster of guest soloists joins orchestra and chorus to bring the full emotional range of the work to life.

Curated by Artistic Director Candidate Finalist Hannah Von Wiehler, this program offers a thoughtfully shaped musical journey designed to engage seasoned classical audiences while remaining accessible and compelling for first time concertgoers.
