Small Town, Big Night Out

    Break out the Wranglers and polish up your cowboy boots! Join us for Truckee’s big
    night out, celebrating our community while raising money to support Truckee-Tahoe
    youth, seniors, and nonprofit organizations. This family-friendly event features
    something for all ages.

    • Western-style BBQ, with ribs, chicken, and veggie burgers
    • Line dancing, with lessons and DJ
    • Cornhole games
    • Costume contest, with trophies for Best Dressed and Best Decorated Table
    • Raffle with a grand prize of $10,000, a second prize of $2,000, and a third prize
    of $1,000
    • Whiskey tasting

    Registration & Cocktail Hour begins at 5:30 pm
    Dinner at 6:30, Dancing 8:00 – 11:00 pm
    Suggested attire: Western wear, cowboy boots and hat, rodeo attire

    About Truckee Rotary
    Each year, the Rotary Club of Truckee makes grants to nonprofits and charities in the
    Truckee-Tahoe area. 100% of net proceeds from Small Town Big Night Out go
    directly to groups and projects that benefit our community, such as Sierra Senior
    Services – Meals on Wheels, youth and education, arts and culture, animal welfare, and more. With your support we can continue to help fill the financial gaps that many
    of these organizations face each year.

    The Rotary Club of Truckee has more than 80 active members who share a
    compelling sense of service and camaraderie. We volunteer our time and talents to
    improve our local community through hands-on projects and by fundraising. Truckee
    Rotarians also work with other clubs and organizations to help improve lives in less
