In this interactive Community Connections experience, Tammy Long of Starting from Scratch Catering will guide us in building and enjoying our own colorful, flavor-packed bowl using simple, nourishing ingredients like grains, legumes, fresh vegetables, herbs, and spices—no complicated recipes required.

As we gather and enjoy our creations, you’ll pick up easy strategies for batch cooking, layering flavor, and making everyday meals more energizing and satisfying. Tammy will also touch on approachable nutrition concepts, including how to support gut health and balanced energy with the foods you already eat.
