Alpenglow Sports Winter Speaker Series

On Friday, 1/2, the 20th Annual Alpenglow Sports Winter Speaker Series, presented by the North Tahoe Chamber, continues with skier, artist, and filmmaker Chris Benchetler’s presentation of “Illuminating the Threads of Connection”. Attend the event in person at the Palisades Tahoe Olympic Village Event Center, or tune in via the livestream on Alpenglow Sports’ Youtube channel. Either way the event is FREE and all ages are encouraged to participate. Doors open at 6pm and the show starts promptly at 7pm. The nonprofit beneficiary of the evening is Truckee Roundhouse.

Then on Friday, 1/23, skiing icon, Mike Hattrup will take the WSS stage to present, “From Red Square to White Peak”. The nonprofit beneficiary of the event is Tahoe Waterman Foundation.

Both events will include opportunities to interact with outdoor brands, dinner available for purchase from MOGROG Rotisserie, beer from Alibi Ale Works, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar, and TWO epic giveaways, thanks to the event, and athlete speakers’ sponsors. All bar and giveaway proceeds, in conjunction with anonymous donations by the Donor Party, directly benefit the featured nonprofit beneficiaries.
