The Bug and Stallion fires have burned more than 88,000 acres across Northern Nevada, forcing evacuations and impacting communities throughout the region. Many are looking for ways to help.

The Tahoe Community Foundation of Northern Nevada has established the 2026 Northern Nevada Wildfire Relief Fund to support the long-term recovery of individuals and families affected by these devastating fires. While emergency responders are addressing immediate needs, this fund will provide support for recovery efforts in the months ahead, including housing, essential belongings, mental health services, and other critical needs identified by trusted nonprofit partners.
