LAKE TAHOE

Months after reports were released on glyphosate usage in the Tahoe Basin, a grassroots coalition under the name Protect Tahoe is calling for residents to mobilize at the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) Governing Board meeting on Aug. 26 at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at 128 Market St. in Stateline, and the group hopes its efforts will lead to the ban of glyphosate in the basin.

The TRPA meeting agenda has yet to be released, but the public continues to show up to meetings and send in public comments.
