TRUCKEE

The Town of Truckee released a public notice of exemption for a land exchange of a 0.04-acre piece of land between the Town of Truckee and the private land owner of 10262 West River St. The project is an exchange of two small portions of developed land to facilitate future improvements to the West River Street frontage. No construction or change of use will occur as part of the land exchange.
