      TRUCKEE

      Since 1906, Truckee Sanitary District has been dedicated to protecting Truckee’s public health and environment. To help cultivate the next generation of local environmental leaders, TSD, in partnership with the Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation, created the TSD Environmental Leadership Scholarship, which provides $6,000 over four years.

      TSD is pleased to announce Danna Rodriguez as the recipient of the TSD Environmental Leadership Scholarship for the class of 2026. Rodriguez graduated from Forest Charter High School on June 5. A first-generation Latina scholar, Rodriguez will attend Sierra College in Rocklin this fall.
