A new wellness destination has opened in the heart of Downtown Truckee with the launch of Vida.Brillo Red Light, a boutique studio founded by Porscha Adams, a physician assistant with more than 22 years of experience in the medical field and a longtime Tahoe/Truckee resident.

Vida.Brillo brings science-backed, non-invasive therapies to the Truckee community in a calming, approachable setting. Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, is widely recognized for its role in cellular repair, collagen stimulation, and inflammation reduction, while halotherapy, a dry salt therapy, offers a natural option for respiratory support, improvement of skin conditions, relaxation, and deeper red light penetration.
