    Earth Day Cleanup

      TAHOE CITY 

      Community members are invited to celebrate Earth Day with a rewarding afternoon of environmental stewardship during the Tahoe City Earth Day Cleanup on April 22 from 2 to 5 p.m. Volunteers will meet and check in at California 89 in Tahoe City before heading out to help pick up litter around town.

      The cleanup is hosted by the League to Save Lake Tahoe in partnership with the Tahoe City Downtown Association and California 89.

      Community members of all ages are encouraged to participate, as well as local businesses. Supplies will be provided to volunteers, and there will be fun raffle prizes including tickets to Tahoe City Food & Wine Classic and Tahoe City Oktoberfest.
