Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC) is getting ready to paint the mountains pink at Palisades Tahoe Alpine of its 2026 Love Your Peaks Winter Prevention Series presented by LivOnLabs. Taking place March 27 to 28 in partnership with Palisades Tahoe Alpine, this weekend event promises a full schedule of activities, friendly competition, and community spirit, all for the purpose of supporting B4BC’s breast cancer education, prevention, and survivorship programs. Every participant will be able to register, fundraise, ride, and win while supporting B4BC’s mission of early detection + a healthy, active lifestyle as the best means of cancer prevention.

The Love Your Peaks Palisades Tahoe Alpine stop kicks off on Friday, March 27, with a B4BC raffle and auction at The Auld Dubliner from 5 to 8 p.m. 

On Saturday, March 28, participants can register for B4BC’s Pink Poker Run, with riders taking off on the run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Pink Poker Run is a hands-on activity for all ages where participants collect pink playing cards at five checkpoints sprinkled across the resort. Those with the three best poker hands at the end of the run will win valuable prizes, and attendees who come dressed in their best pink costume and spirit will earn a bonus card. Registration is a $25 suggested donation which includes a B4BC goodie bag and can be found here.

Closing out the weekend will be an après at the Truckee Pastime Club with live music from “Another Damn Disappointment.”
