INCLINE VILLAGE

The Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) voted Dec. 10 to approve a design-build construction agreement with CORE Construction for the Incline Beach House Project. The project budget is expected at $9,415,617, around $1 million less than previous discussions. The money is already accounted for within the IVGID’s fund. 

The Incline Beach House Project will replace the bathroom and food service building from the 1970s on Incline Beach, and include a bar and patio. The project plans have been in the works since 2016, but at the time funding ended up allocated to the Burnt Cedar pool. 

The IVGID board also approved a 2.5% owner design build contract contingency for the project with an amount of up to $235,000. Additionally, the board plans to host a donor ball where residents can donate to the project, and potentially fund future improvement projects.
