At $200 a ticket Napa’s BottleRock festival was no bargain, but from celebrity bands from the 1990s to the best sounds of today, fans definitely got what they paid for at the valley’s first massive music festival, which ran May 9 to 12 in downtown Napa.
BottleRock was a virtual stockpile of live music legends. Combine that with the wine culture of Napa, “pee your pants” late-night comedy and fleets of high-end food trucks, and you have a new event that is aiming to set the bar for what a music festival should be.
