I am the baby Pharaoh.Published: March 11, 2010
When I came out of my egg,
Earth was nice and beautiful.
But my friends came.
They started littering and cutting down trees. They stayed inside their houses, watched
TV, and played video games.
And this very day, the air is so polluted, everyone is becoming crazy.
The sun is growing a face;
a superhero is losing his powers;
and dogs and cats are becoming mutant.
Only the moon is the same, and he is my last friend.
My message to the world is that we should all make a difference. Some of us are trying to
save the world.
I am the baby Pharaoh.
About the Author: I am Sam Omondi and I’m just a regular 10-year-old. I’ve lived in Truckee for only a couple of months. I like snowboarding and eating ice cream. I’ve heard legends about the world ending, and I thought that it was because of global warming. I think we should try to save the world in order to save us.
